Childcare ‘bubbles’
Since our childcare was initially set up, a range of guidance and information has been coming into schools for us to work through.
Last week we organised our returning R, Y1 and Y6 children into ‘bubbles’. This means that when these children return to being on-site, they will always be with the same small group of children, using one space and with a consistent adult.
We have worked this week to create ‘bubbles’ for our childcare group of children, following the same principles. These ‘bubbles’ begin on Monday. Children who are booked in will receive a text to tell them which room they will be be based in for their childcare. They will now remain in this ‘bubble’ whenever they are in school for childcare. Children in childcare next week will shortly receive a text to tell them where they will be based. Siblings will always be based together.
The hours of our full-time childcare remain the same as before half term.
