Summer Fair 2022
Dear parents / carers
We are pleased to announce we will be hosting a summer fair on Friday 8th July from 3.30pm to 5.00pm. The fair will be held on the school field (or indoors in adverse weather conditions).
We will have a range of refreshment and entertainment stalls at the fair. The majority of these stalls will be accepting cash payments only. All proceeds from the event will go towards school fund. School fund helps to subsidise special events in school such as Y6 leavers, special visitors e.g. the reindeer and other treats and prizes across all year groups!
To help us make this event a success, we would like to ask parents for a few donations if they are able. Please read on below to see how you can help:
- Bottle tombola: donate a bottle (alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks bottles) are welcome – please bring to the office by Friday 1st July
- Chocolate tombola: donate a box of chocolates of any size and variety – please bring to the office by Friday 1st July
- Cake sale: donate shop bought or homemade cakes – please bring to the office on Thursday 7th July
- Small business sales stall – if you have a small business and would like to run a table top stall at our fair, please contact the office on 0191 8141455 (we will be asking a small ‘buy-in’ fee for stalls)
All parents and carers are welcome to attend the fair with their children and any other members of the family! We look forward to seeing you all there.
