Reminders for Reception Whitehouse Farm Visit on Thursday 27th April 2023
Dear Parents / Carers,
We’re really looking forward to our trip to Whitehouse Farm on Thursday next week and we’d like to share some reminders and a little more information.
- We’ll be leaving school at 9:30am prompt by coach and will return by 3:00pm so there will be no change to the beginning or end of the school day.
- Wear suitable footwear and clothing with a school sweatshirt/jumper; wellington boots and waterproofs are advisable in case of cold/wet weather.
- If sun is forecast, please apply once-a-day sun cream before school.
- All children are to bring a water bottle.
- Please remember to pack a nut-free packed lunch if you are providing your own.
- Any medication that is held in school for your children will be taken on the trip by staff.
Thank you to those of you who have said that you’ll accompany us on the trip. If you have said that you’re able to come with us, we’d like to meet with you all briefly at 9:00am on the morning of the trip before you set off to Whitehouse Farm yourself; this is just to go over some details of the day.
If you previously said that you could come but now can’t, please let us know as soon as possible. Similarly, if you said that you couldn’t come but would now like to, just let a member of staff know; the more the merrier!
