Red Nose Day – Friday 19th March 2021
Dear parent / carer
Red Nose Day is back on Friday 19th March and this year it’s never felt more important to have some fun and support people living incredibly tough lives. We need the power of funny to turn laughs into lasting change!
Red Nose Day is part of the charity, Comic Relief. They believe in a world free from poverty and tackle important issues including homelessness, hunger, domestic abuse and mental health stigma. They support organisations across the UK and around the world.
We are asking children to come into school this Friday wearing non uniform and something red. We are not asking for donations on this occasion as parents have recently contributed so generously to Neuroblastoma UK in memory of Frank. However, we will still be promoting Red Nose Day in school to raise awareness of the important causes the charity supports.
Thank you
Mrs Reynolds
