Parents Evening February 2023

Dear parents / carers

 

As per our advance notification, parents evening will take place after school on Monday 13th February 2023 and Thursday 16th February 2023.

 

About appointments

Parents evening will be held in person in your child’s classroom with your child’s current Class Teacher.  Appointments are 10 minutes long and Teachers will need to stick strictly to this time limit to ensure appointments run on time for all parents / carers.  Please arrive in school five minutes before your appointment time.  If you miss your appointment, we will not be able to rearrange.  

 

How to book

Booking for appointments is now open via School Cloud  – to book your appointment, click this link.  Only one appointment is available per child.  We recommend booking your appointment as soon as possible as additional appointment times will not be offered.  The deadline for booking either date is 9.00am on Monday 13th February.  You will not be able to book or make changes to your booking after this time.  For further information on how to book, click here.  

 

Nursery parents evening

If your child is in Nursery, you have been allocated to either Mrs Henderson or Miss Owen for your appointment.  When you book your appointment, you will only have the option to book with one of these teachers.  Miss Owen will see parents in the Nursery and Mrs Henderson will see parents in the Early Years library.  For both Teachers, please enter via the Y1 door in the KS1 yard.  If your child started Nursery in January 2023, they will not need an appointment on this occasion.
