As you know, we moved to the School Gateway method of booking and
payments for Out of School Club (OOSC) on Monday. We would like to thank all the parents who
have started using Gateway or have already been in touch to resolve any

We appreciate that this is a new system and that parents and staff are
both adjusting to the change. If you are
unable to access Gateway, or are having trouble making a booking, we urge you
to contact school where a member of staff will be happy to help.
From Monday 10th June, we will be using the School Gateway
system exclusively to create registers for OOSC. Any historic / recurring bookings will not be
considered. It is vital that you book any sessions you wish your child to attend in
Gateway to allow us to allocate appropriate staffing to the club.
If you do not
book Breakfast Club, we will only be able to accept your child into the club if
there is adequate staffing on the day. If a space is
available, staff will manually add the charge for the session to your Gateway
account to be paid when you next make a booking.
If you do not
book After School Club, we will not know that you want your child to attend
OOSC and your child will therefore not be collected by OOSC staff at the end of
the school day. Any children
not collected at the end of the school day will be brought to the school office
and we will contact parents to determine their end of day arrangements.
We appreciate that circumstances may arise unexpectedly which result in
you needing to make an emergency booking after the booking deadline (12.00pm
the day before the club). In this event,
please contact OOSC or the school office.
