KEEP/Nursery Lunch Booking Reminder

Dear parents / carers

 

Can we remind parents that if you require a KEEP / Nursery lunch for your child, you must book and pay in the School Gateway app by 9.30am each day.  It is important that you order lunches each day by the deadline to allow us to order the correct number of lunches from the school kitchen.  

 

To order, go to ‘Clubs’ and select the session and days you need then follow the instructions to payment.  Do NOT go through the ‘Payments’ section as although this will allow you to add credit to your account it will not allocate your payment to the days you require.

 

If lunches are not booked correctly using the above method, a significant amount of Teacher and Teaching Assistant time is taken up in sorting out lunches for the day.  This is time that staff are therefore not engaged in quality teaching and learning time with your children.
