February Half Term
Dear parent / carer
School is closed as usual to all children for February half term (Mon 15th-Fri 19th February). School will not be open for Critical Worker Childcare.
If you do require childcare, our OOSC is open from 7.30am-5.30pm at a rate of £27.50 per day. You can drop off and collect your child at any time during these hours. As places are limited, we are offering priority booking to our Critical Worker families. If you are a Critical Worker and require this service, please book by Friday 5th February. If we still have capacity following this date, we will open booking to all children.
Booking for the club is now open in School Gateway. Just go to clubs and select ‘OOSC Holiday Club’ to pay and make your booking. As with all holiday clubs, there will be no refund for any sessions you later wish to cancel. We do not anticipate the need to cancel the club, but it we should need to for any reason, you will be refunded for all sessions you have booked. If you have any questions about OOSC, please do not hesitate to contact us on oosc@kingedward.org.
Please note, if you have booked into the Critical Worker Childcare club in Gateway for week commencing 15th February and require OOSC instead, you must book and pay following the above steps. Your booking will not be automatically transferred to OOSC.
