Dear Parent/Carer of Children in the Choir
Thank you for supporting us at this event.
It is a great opportunity to sing on stage in a real theatre with a chance to
shine as a choir on our own as well as singing with many other schools. The children in the choir will need to be at the Stage
Door of the theatre by 5.25 pm where we will take them in. During the
performance they will have seats together in an assigned area of the
auditorium. For their own safety they will be expected to stay with us during
this part. During the interval they
will be transferred to a dressing room back stage before their performance. We
have the honour of closing the show and staying on stage for the ‘Big Sing’
with all schools at the end.
The children WILL need to be in full school
uniform.
We recommend that they bring water and a
book/colouring/puzzle or similar activity to keep them busy back stage while
waiting.
Children will be handed over by staff at
the end of the performance to whoever has been indicated on the forms. More
details as to where from will be given to the audience by organisers on the
night.
