Children in Need – Whole School Wear Pyjamas Day – Friday 13th November 2020

Dear parent / carer

 

BBC’s Children in Need are having their annual appeal on Friday 13th November.  In support of this, we would like children to come to school in their Pyjamas on Friday 13th November 2020.  Children are to wear something warm underneath and to wear outdoor shoes not slippers.  We are asking for a £1 contribution from our families which will be donated to the charity.  

 

As you know, Children in Need is a leading children’s charity in the UK.  As of October this year, the charity has awarded £19.6 million in funding to specifically help organisations in communities across the UK provide essential support to children and young people facing disadvantage during the pandemic.  

 

If you would like to help us raise funds for Children in Need, please send the money into school with your child.  Unfortunately, parents will not be able to bring money into the office as COVID restrictions around parents entering the school buildings are still in place.
