Nursery/KEEP Parents Evening – Monday 18th October and Thursday 21st October 2021

Dear parents / carers

The below information applies to Nursery Parents Evening.  Your child has been allocated either Miss Owen or Mrs Henderson to host their parents evening appointment.  You will be sent a text message to which teacher your child has been allocated.

As per our advance notification, parents evening will take place after school on Monday 18th and Thursday 21st October. 

Parents evening will take place virtually via School Cloud, a new and promising system which we are currently trialing.  This system allows you to book your appointment and attend it virtually via video call.  

Appointments are seven minutes long.  As the system is automated, appointments will start at the appointed time and cannot be delayed.  Appointments will also automatically close after seven minutes.  If you miss your appointment, we will not be able to rearrange.  For guidance on how to attend your video appointment, please click here.  

Only one appointment is available per child.  When booking your child’s appointment, you will have the option to add an additional parent to attend.  For more information, click here.  

Booking for appointments will open today.  As this is a new system, we recommend booking your appointment as soon as possible.  The deadline for booking either date is 9.00am on Monday 18th October.  You will not be able to book or make changes to your booking after this time.  For further information on how to book, click here.
