King Edward Out of School Club: Holiday Club Activity Programme – Monday 29th October 2019 – Friday 1st November 2019
Booking for Out of School Club Club this October half term is now open in the School Gateway App with lots of exciting activities and a cinema trip! Just go to ‘OOSC Holiday Club’ to book and pay for your chosen sessions. As with our term time club, you will need to pay for these sessions at the time of booking. The deadline for booking will be seven days before each session to allow adequate staffing to be arranged. Due to this we are unable to accept cancellations for Holiday Club. If you make a booking you will be charged the full cost of the session and this is non-refundable. If you currently have credit for Breakfast or After School Club and would like to use this to pay for Holiday Club sessions, you can get in touch with our Childcare Leads, Leanne and Vicki, to transfer your credit to Holiday Club.
