Y4 Weardale Residential visit April 2025

Dear parents / carers

 

As you know, Year 4 will have the opportunity to take part in a residential visit to Weardale Activity Centre next April!  We very much hope that all children who want to will take up this amazing opportunity.  

 

Weardale Adventure Centre offers fun and learning in an area of outstanding natural beauty in County Durham. The centre caters for adults, schools and groups and have an experienced and qualified team to ensure guests create memories that last for a lifetime, in a safe and friendly environment.  To find out more about the Weardale Centre and what they offer, click this link.  

 

The visit is during the school week and children will be away on the visit for three days and two nights from Monday 7th April until Wednesday 9th April 2025.

 

The children are accompanied by our own school staff on the visit.

 

Children who choose not to take up this opportunity can remain in school.  However there are enough places to accommodate all children who wish to go.  

 

The full cost of this trip is £255 per child.  Payment should be made using School Gateway ‘Payments’ according to the following payment schedule:
