Y4 High Borrans Final Details

Dear parents / carers

 

With the Y4 trip to High Borrans just around the corner, we thought it would be useful to share some final arrangements and reminders.  

 

Parent meeting

Medication

If you have not already done so, please ensure you bring any medication your child needs for the trip into the school office by 4.00pm tomorrow (Friday 7th April 2022).  This includes travel sickness medication if required.  Please give travel sickness medication on the day of travel for the outbound journey before children come into school.  Medication that does not stay in school will be returned with children on their return from High Borrans.  Please provide two epi pens if required.  

 

Departure time

4I – Please arrive at school on Monday 25th April by 9.00am for a 9.30am departure.  Bag drop in the gym (via community room doors) from 8.40am.  

4O – Please arrive at school on Wednesday 27th April by 8.30am for a 9.00am departure.   Bag drop in the gym (via community room doors) from 8.40am.
