Weardale collection arrangements Apr 25

Dear parent / carer

 

The children have had a fabulous time at Weardale!  They have experienced some amazing new opportunities and worked brilliantly as a team.  They are now very tired after their adventure away from home!

 

As they start their return journey, we would like to share with you the collection arrangements for today which are as follows:

• Collect your child at the normal end of school day time (3.20pm)
• Collect any siblings BEFORE coming to collect children who have been at Weardale
• Collect children from the gym via the community room doors
• Please wait in the KS1 yard until a member of staff invites you inside
• See Mrs Henderson for collection of any medication

 

Not all parents / carers will be invited into the gym at once to allow staff to safely dismiss children and ensure they have all belongings with them.  So please be patient while we hand your children back over to you.

 

Further notice: As the A1 is closed travel time may be longer.  We will text you with any updates on return time as we receive them.
