I
am writing to remind parents of the school procedures for end of day
arrangements and safe collection of children.
All
parents should have completed the end of day arrangements form, specifying who
can collect their child on any given day.
If there are going to be any changes to these arrangements, please
notify your child’s teacher with as much advance notice as possible. At the very latest, you should notify your
child’s teacher at morning drop off with arrangements for that day.
I appreciate that occasions may arise which mean you need to make changes to your
child’s collection arrangements during the school day. In these emergency circumstances, please call
the school office who will make every attempt to pass along your message.
Our
school office is very busy, especially towards the end of the school day, and
staff are therefore unable to pass along changes to collection arrangements
except in an emergency. In these
circumstances, we kindly ask parents to adhere to their existing collection
arrangements and arrange any further activities after their children have been
collected from school.
