School Gateway App – Technical Difficulties

Dear parent / carer

We are currently having some technical difficulties with our School Gateway App.  Following a software update released by the provider yesterday, links are not operating properly within the App.  Unfortunately, the provider has advised that they are unable to issue a fix for a number of weeks.

Until the fix is rolled out, we will be sending messages via text, rather than the App to ensure links are easily accessible to all parents / carers.  As ever, all information will also be shared on our school website at kingedward.org.
