Reception – Year 6 – Halloween Disco November 2021

Dear parents / carers

 

We are pleased to announce we will be hosting Halloween Discos for children in Reception to Year 6!  These will all be held after school on Monday 1st November.  Children should wear party clothes / halloween costumes / fancy dress but will not be allowed to wear costumes with a mask or weapon.  

 

You will need to purchase a ticket at a cost of £2.50 if your child would like to attend.  To buy your ticket, please go to the payment screen on the School Gateway app and select ‘Halloween Disco 2021’.  Your child will then be issued with a ticket on the first day back, which they will need for entry to the disco.  The cost of the ticket also includes a snack and a drink which they will be given during the disco.  All money raised goes into school funds to subsidise future activities and events for the children.  

 

Reception – Year 1

The disco will be held in the Early Years hall directly after school.  Children should be sent to school with their party clothes in a named bag and will get changed in school before the disco.  You should collect your child from the KS1 yard at 4.15pm.

 

Year 2 – Year 3

The disco will be held in the gym directly after school.  Children should be sent to school with their party clothes in a named bag and will get changed in school before the disco.  You should collect your child from the main hall via the main school entrance at 4.15pm.

 

Year 4 – Year 6

The disco will be held in the gym starting at 4.30pm.  Children should go home at the end of the school day then return in their party clothes.  Children should line up at the community room doors to enter the disco.  You should collect your child from the main hall via the main school entrance at 5.30pm.
