Platinum Jubilee Celebrations

Dear parent / carer

 

We are having a day of celebrations in school on Friday 27th May in honour of Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee!

 

Non-uniform – Children are invited to come into school on Friday 27th in non-uniform and red white and blue.

 

Inflatables – We will be having a big inflatable assault course on the field all day for children in Reception to Year 6.  There will also be a smaller bouncy castle in the EY area for Nursery and the KEEP.

 

Themed lunch – A specially themed picnic lunch will be on offer consisting of triangle sandwiches, mini sausage / vegan roll, new potato and celebration salad with Victoria sponge cakes and Jubilee shortbread biscuits.  Please note: this will be the only lunch option available on Friday 27th May.  

 

Bookmark – All children will be given a commemorative bookmark in memory of the occasion!

 

Ice creams – All children will be given a choc ice or iced lolly.
