Change to pick up / drop off doors for Y2 & Y5

Dear parent / carer

Exciting news!  Work has been going on this week to renovate our Year 2 toilets!  The planned works will continue next week when the children are back on site.  This will mean a few minor changes to pick up and drop offs for some year groups for the duration of the works.

If your child is in the following year group, please use the following doors for week commencing 3rd November:

Year 2 – pick up and drop off at the Year 3 door in the KS1 yard (this is the first door on the right when you enter the yard)

Year 5 – both classes to use the Year 4/5 door in the KS2 yard (this is the door at the bottom of the yard next to the community room sliding doors)

All other year groups can continue to pick up and drop off at their normal doors.

We are very lucky that we are a big site with lots of entrances and are therefore able to continue with the works as planned while children are on site.  The usual Year 2 entrance door, cloakroom and toilets will all be blocked off so children can safely access the rest of the building throughout the school day.

We will update you at the end of the week to confirm pick up / drop off arrangements for the following week.
