Parents Evening – Monday 17th February 2025 or Monday 10th March 2025

Dear parents / carers

 

As per our advance notification, parents evening will take place after school on Monday 17th February 2025 and Monday 10th march 2025.   Parents evening is for children from Nursery to Year 6.  Children who have just joined Nursery from January 2025 will not need an appointment on this occasion.  If your child has just recently had their SEND appointment there is no need to book a further appointment.

 

About appointments

Parents evening will be held in person in your child’s classroom with your child’s current Class Teacher.  Nursery parents evening is held in the Early Years hall with Mrs Henderson (please still book your nursery child’s appointment even if your child does not attend the KEEP).  Appointments are 10 minutes long and Teachers will need to stick strictly to this time limit to ensure appointments run on time for all parents / carers.  Please arrive in school five minutes before your appointment time.  If you miss your appointment, we will not be able to rearrange.  

 

How to book

Booking for appointments is now open via School Cloud  – to book your appointment, click this link.  Only one appointment is available per child.  We recommend booking your appointment as soon as possible as additional appointment times will not be offered.  The deadline for booking either date is 9.00am on Monday 5th February.  You will not be able to book or make changes to your booking after this time.  For further information on how to book, click here.
