We are holding two drop ins relating to our MAT consultation. If you have questions or comments that are not addressed by the MAT consultation site, then please pop along and chat to us. Consultation drops ins will be held at the following times:
Thursday 23rd March from 5.00pm to 5.30pm
Monday 27th March from 9.00am to 9.30am
The drop ins will be held in the Community Room accessible via the sliding doors in the KS1 yard.
At King Edward Primary School we work together to provide a safe, caring community and an exciting and creative learning environment where children are encouraged to think independently, where their views are valued and they are challenged to achieve their full potential.
Are you interested in enrolling your child at our school?
We know that many parents like to visit our school before their child starts Nursery or Reception. We hold an open evenings at various points across the year from 5.00pm-5.30pm. These are drop in sessions where prospective parents and children can visit our school to look around the Nursery or Reception areas and chat to staff.
Our next Open Evenings are:
Monday 6th March 2023
Monday 5th June 2023
If you are interested in attending one of our open evenings, please contact the school office on 0191 8141455 or email@example.com.
We are also pleased to share virtual tours of our Nursery and Reception. The tours show you around our Early Years spaces and give you a flavour of the learning that takes place in this wonderful part of school. Click the links to take the tours and find out how to apply for a place at our school.

Paper copies of all documents seen on our website are available from the office on request
We use School Gateway for all communications. Please download the App to stay up to date with all school news and events!
We are a paperless school and use parents’ mobile numbers to send electronic communications. This is instead of sending paper letters. As our chosen method of communication, this is an essential service and at least one parent per family must provide a mobile number for text or Gateway communications.
