Out of School Club – September 2021

Dear parents / carers

 

As you know, booking for OOSC this term is now open.

 

We have reviewed our organisation following on from COVID restrictions.  All children should now be dropped off and collected from the OOSC entrance via Blanchland Terrace.  All children will have access to the outdoor areas, weather permitting.

 

We will continue to review our OOSC organisation in light of any changes to government guidance and the number of children attending the sessions.  We will of course keep you updated with any changes.

 

To book, just go to the School Gateway app and select the sessions and days you require.  OOSC Early Years is for Nursery to Year 1.  OOSC Upper School is for Year 2 – Year 6.  You must book two days in advance of the session to secure your child’s place.  Five days notice is required for cancellations during term time.  If you have any questions about booking or using the app, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Or for more information, please see the OOSC section of our website.
