Out of School Club: Christmas Holiday Club Booking Now Open
Dear parents / carers
Following feedback from parents, we have decided to open Out of School Club on Thursday 2nd and Friday 3rd January only.
Please note that we may have to cancel the above dates if we do not receive enough bookings.
If you would like your child to attend the club, please book now using the School Gateway App. Just go to ‘OOSC Holiday Club’ to book and pay for your chosen sessions. As with our term time club, you will need to pay for sessions at the time of booking. If you make a booking, you will be charged the full cost of the session and this will be non-refundable if the club goes ahead.
The deadline to book is Friday 25th October. This is to allow parents plenty of notice to find alternative childcare arrangements if we are unable to open. In this instance, any parents who have booked and paid for the club will be notified and refunded the full cost of any sessions booked.
