OOSC Late Booking Fee
Dear parent / carer
As parents / carers using our OOSC will be aware, we ask that you book two days in advance for term time club sessions. This 48 hour deadline allows us to ensure that appropriate staffing is in place. Booking should take place via the School Gateway app and will be available in the app up to the deadline.
If you require a last minute booking, less than 48 hours from the start time of the club, your booking will now incur a £2 late booking fee on top of the usual session fee. This decision had been made by Governors to support the safe and effective running of the club. The late booking fee applies to both Breakfast Club and After School Club and will come into effect from Monday 10th November 2025.
