OOSC Booking – Minor Changes

Dear parent / carer

 

We are making minor changes to the way you make your bookings for term time Out of School Club (OOSC) in School Gateway.

 

From Monday 27th February, you can book the following clubs:

• OOSC Breakfast Club (combines OOSC Early Years Breakfast Club and OOSC Upper School Breakfast Club)
• OOSC After School Club (combines OOSC Early Years After School Club and OOSC Upper School After School Club)

 

Bookings will open for the above sessions on Thursday 23rd February.  If you have already booked sessions in the existing clubs, these will be cancelled and refunded to your Gateway account.  You will then need to rebook on the new sessions.  All existing balances will be transferred to OOSC Breakfast Club and OOSC After School Club.

 

Spaces are limited to 60 children per session.  Please book at least two days in advance to avoid disappointment.  Bookings after this deadline will only be accepted in an emergency and are dependent on spaces being available.   

 

Can we remind parents:

• Five days notice are required to cancel bookings, otherwise you will be charged the full amount for the session
• OOSC closes at 5.30pm and children must be collected by this time
• Booking fees and further information can be found on our website
