Nursery, Reception, Years 1 to 6 – Parents Evening Booking Information

Dear parents / carers

 

As per our advance notification, parents evening will take place after school on Thursday 17th October 2024 an Monday 21st October 2024.  Parents evening is for all children from Nursery to Year 6.  

 

About appointments

Parents evening will be held in person in your child’s classroom with your child’s current Class Teacher.  Nursery parents evening is held in the Early Years Library on Thursday 17th October and in the Nursery on Monday 21st October.  Appointments are 10 minutes long and Teachers will need to stick strictly to this time limit to ensure appointments run on time for all parents / carers.  Please arrive in school five minutes before your appointment time.  If you miss your appointment, we will not be able to rearrange.  

 

How to book

Booking for appointments is now open via School Cloud  - to book your appointment, click this link.  Only one appointment is available per child.  We recommend booking your appointment as soon as possible as additional appointment times will not be offered.  The deadline for booking either date is 9.00am on Wednesday 16th October.  You will not be able to book or make changes to your booking after this time.  For further information on how to book, click here.  

 

Children in Reception to Year 6, siblings will show and appointments can be made for all siblings in these year groups.  If your child is in Nursery you will need to come out and log back in separately for a Nursery appointment with Miss Owen.  Appointments will be with both Miss Owen and Mrs Henderson, there is no option to book an appointment with Mrs Henderson as they will both be present if your child attends the KEEP.
