NEW Mini Clubs coming soon!

Dear parent / carer

 

Following on from Miss Byrne’s letter at the end of January regarding free after school clubs, I am pleased to share some further information with you about our NEW Mini Clubs.

 

What are Mini Clubs?

We will be launching a range of clubs for children in Year 1 to Year 6 after the Easter holidays.  These ‘Mini Clubs’ will run for just four weeks and offer a chance for children to take part in different activities.  Our current plan is to offer different mini clubs lasting four weeks each half term pending the success of our initial offer.  Clubs will begin straight after school and end at 4.00pm.  

 

What Clubs will be offered?

Clubs include: mindfulness, drawing, running, board games, Harry Potter, jigsaws, crafts, chess, French, homework and more!  All clubs will be free of charge!  Our new Mini Clubs run alongside our existing club offer which includes Multi Sports, Lego Club, Dance Club, Gardening Club and Judo.

 

How do I sign up my child?

We will soon send out further information about the first block of Mini Clubs.  Parents / carers will be asked to sign their child up for the club via Google Form if they are interested.  We will then confirm if a place can be offered on this first occasion as clubs will have a maximum capacity depending on the age range and nature of the club.  Please do not worry if your child does not obtain a place for the first block of clubs as there will be many more to come!
