How to Buy School Uniform for September 2020

In preparation for next academic year, we will be selling uniform in the week commencing the 13th July. To adhere to social distancing guidelines and keep our families and staff safe, we will be organising the sale a little differently to usual. Please read the following information carefully if you wish to purchase school uniform. We are asking that due to COVID 19, that you please plan ahead for any uniform you may need at the start of the next academic year. This is because we will not be selling uniform in September. This is because we hope that staff will all be busy welcoming all year groups back to school. It is also possible that the school site may still not be accessible to parents/carers due to Covid 19 restrictions. We have allocated parents a day based on your child’s year group in which you can collect uniform (please see below). You can come at any time within the hours of 9.00am-12.00pm and 1.00pm-4.00pm on this day. Only one adult should come to buy uniform to reduce the number of people on site. If you have siblings in school, you can come on the day designated for either of your children’s year groups. When you arrive at school, please come on site via the double gates on Preston Avenue and keep right at the gates. Uniform will be sold from the main entrance outside the office. You should join the queue, keeping a distance of two metres from other parents. You should wait at the bottom of the main ramp, allowing one parent to approach the sales table at a time. Please follow all signage on site which will direct you to where to queue and where to wait. We will only be accepting card payments at this time. No cash or cheques will be accepted. You will not be able to try on uniform. Your child should not accompany you on site. You will also be unable to return items you have purchased at this time. We will have sample items for you to view and staff will be on hand to offer advice and guidance around sizing. A full list of uniform and sizes available can be found here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to offer our usual flexibility next summer, once Covid 19 is no longer an issue. If your child is currently in Reception, Year 1 or Year 5 and is attending morning sessions in school at the moment, you can also collect uniform on the morning of Friday 10th July at drop off. Please queue for uniform only after you have handed your child over to staff in school.
