Consent to Send Books Home

We would like to send your children's school work books home with them at the end of the academic year.  These books will not be returned to school.  To do this, we need your permission as your child's picture may be featured in other children's books.  In line with data protection legislation, this is classed as 'data sharing' as your child's image may be shared with another family.  Consent given here will be valid throughout your child's time at King Edward Primary School.  You may withdraw consent at any time in writing to the school office.
