Catering Services – Celebration of Sports Fund Day Lunch – Thursday 7th October 2021

We have had some concerns from parents/carers with the setting up of their Parentpay Account for school lunches.  To do this parents/carers will need an activation email from Catering Services, you can request the activation details by contacting parentpay@northtyneside.gov.uk

If your child would still like to have the special lunch they can still have a meal today, the cost of £2.25 (Years 3-6), this will be recorded on the Pebble tablet once your child goes through for lunch and will be shown on your balance once you have been able to set up your child’s account.

Catering Services have said they are in the process of helping parents set up the accounts and will aim to do this as quickly as possible.
