Birthday Parties!

Dear Parents / Carers,

 

As you know the last few months have been testing times for many of us and unfortunately lots of our children have missed out on so much due to the local lockdowns and restrictions. As a school, we are conscious that many of our children have missed out on celebrating their birthdays this year, including any parties they may have had under normal circumstances.  So, we would like to host a small party for our children to celebrate all of the birthdays that have been in the Autumn term (all September to December birthdays). 

 

We ask that all children in the year group to come to school in non-uniform on the day of their year group’s party (see below).  School will provide some small items of party food; children will not need to bring in their own party food.  We will play party games with prizes and dance the afternoon away, hoping to create some of those memories children have otherwise missed out on.

 

If you would like to make a voluntary contribution towards your child’s party for the cakes and party prizes, it would be greatly appreciated.  Please send in any money you would like to donate with your child.  Unfortunately, parents will not be able to come into the office due to current restrictions.

Year 5 – Wednesday 25th November 2020

Year 6 – Thursday 26th November 2020
