Nursery & KEEP lunches w/c Monday 18th May 2026

Dear parent / carer

 

As you know, we have impending roofing works which will make the OOSC space inaccessible to children from Monday 18th May.  This is a space children usually use as part of lunch service.

 

From Monday 18th May to Friday 22nd May, we will not be able to offer a hot lunch service to children in the KEEP and Nursery.  For this week only, we will offer a cold packed lunch service with a choice of sandwich fillings (cheese, ham or tuna).  This is at the usual lunch cost of £2.60 per day.  If you would like your child to take up the cold packed lunch offer, you don’t need to do anything and staff will order their lunch from the kitchen each morning as usual.  Or if you would prefer to send a packed lunch for this week, you are welcome to do so.

 

When school resumes after May half term, the hot lunch service will also resume with children taking lunch in the Early Years Hall.
