Nursery to Year 6 Parents Evenings – Monday 6th October 2025 and Monday 13th October 2025

Dear parents / carers

 

As per our advance notification, parents evening will take place after school on Monday 6th October 2025 and Monday 13th October 2025.   Parents evening is for children from Nursery to Year 6.  If your child has just recently had their SEND appointment there is no need to book a further appointment. 

 

About appointments

Parents evening will be held in person in your child’s classroom with your child’s current Class Teacher.  Nursery Morning children should book an appointment with Miss Owen, appointments will be held in the Nursery.  Nursery afternoon children should book an appointment with Mrs Henderson, appointments will be held in the Early Years Library.  Appointments are 10 minutes long and Teachers will need to stick strictly to this time limit to ensure appointments run on time for all parents / carers.  Please arrive in school five minutes before your appointment time.  If you miss your appointment, we will not be able to rearrange.  

 

How to book

Booking for appointments is now open via School Cloud  – to book your appointment, click this link.  Only one appointment is available per child.  We recommend booking your appointment as soon as possible as additional appointment times will not be offered.  The deadline for booking either date is 9.00am on Monday 6th October.  You will not be able to book or make changes to your booking after this time.  For further information on how to book, click here.
